Move MIDISounds.slk to C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\UI\SoundInfo (The file must be on your Warcraft 3 folder + UI\SoundInfo). If you don't want to download it copy and paste it in notepad, then save it as. zip file and you will find Warcraft3.reg.

Implement in Warcraft 3 (With Warcraft3.reg of ImplantMidi.zip) Double Clic on it and you will have a pop-up. It is an hexadecimal value of 0x00000000. You will find 9 file and Allow Local Files.
